The transaction closed in Q1 2022. This transformative acquisition creates a global leader in fast-growing automotive technologies and the 7th largest global automotive supplier strongly positioned for automotive megatrends – Electric Mobility, ADAS & Autonomous Driving, Cockpit of the Future and Lifecycle Value Management.
HR leader for the newly created Business Group of Faurecia dedicated to Cockpit Electronics and headquartered in Tokyo (9.200 employees including 1.600 engineers worldwide). This Business Group combines the activities of Clarion, Coagent and Parrot Automotive, 3 companies acquired by Faurecia in the past 2 years to enter the cockpit electronics market and deliver breakthrough solution for automotive cockpits together with Faurecia Seating and Faurecia Interiors.
