I've been fortunate to work with some of the most innovative companies in the world: Philip Morris, Rappi, and Zubale. I love tackling hard problems, especially those from Latin America, I'm Colombian myself! I thrive in multicultural environments and diverse environments, having lived in Colombia, France, Mexico and Brazil (I speak english, spanish, french and working hard on my portuguese!). Building tech-products for +26,000 active Mom & Pop shops in Colombia with Philip Morris, and +100,000 active couriers with Rappi in 9 countries, taught me that anything is possible if you define the right problem, have the right mindset and put tech to it with a team of hustlers! Scaling a global product taught me how to prioritize, align teams, and make data-driven decisions. Now, as Chief of Staff, I bring that same discipline to scaling our company—bridging Product, Tech, and Business to drive strategic execution. Why make the shift? I transitioned to this role to leverage my product experience in a broader context, helping to shape the company’s overall vision and strategy. Product vision, process and scaling teams sounds like a good summary for this phase! 🚀 Leading a group of product managers and engineers to accomplish a profitable product. Led our first non-founder software product in road to do $1MRR usd from product vision, strategy to execution. Owner of the P&L and business unit: product, engineering, CX, sales and marketing. It has been a process of scaling my self to breed more leaders, thinkers, visionaries, and executors. The right mix of strategy, vision, processes, OKRs, and coaching. It has been the most exciting ride of my life so far 💥
Started at seed stage and scaled to series A… you know what that means in terms of product? Crazy 🤯 Built our pivot and core product from scratch, scaled and localized to 6 countries and dealt with “this doesn’t work, fix it” tons of times! Built the first product and engineering world class teams from all over US and Latam. I went from a group of 8 to +200 Eng and product teams. Hiring, coaching, building and dealing with conflict at all levels seem like a good summary for this trench of work!
This is where I learned to build software products, burn money and work globally 😉. 👉Managed fulfillment flows fow Rappi Antojo, Rappi Cash, Rappi Favor, Groceries and Restaurants. I'm very proud of building the substitution flows that lead up to 50% of GMV recovered vía substitute products when there was a stockout. 👉Implemented the first LMS (learning management system) into the couriers app which led to a decrease in onboarding times from 8 days to 1 day via a gamified training strategy and KYC partners like Truora. (I'm big fan of Duolingo myself) 👉I survived COVID times when digital grocery shopping was the ONLY option. Sprinted non-sleep for 3 months and revamped the whole grocery shopping for couriers integrating multi-picking, product re-categorization, isles, customer preferences and many customer enhacing flows that led to an increase in productivity of 1.2x! Overall grateful for learning how to work alongside the most brilliant engineering and product teams world-wide from San Francisco, Paris or Buenos Aires and such mentoring from ex Pinterest and Instacart peers (and boss).

• Administración de la plataforma digital del plan de fidelización e e-commerce con 26,000 usuarios a nivel nacional. • Estrategias online y offline enfocadas en aumentar la activación y retención de usuarios registrados. • Segmentación y administración de audiencias de acuerdo al perfil trazado en la estrategia • Revisión y creación de contenido online y offline para el plan de fidelización. • Gestión de contenido multicanal: SMS, WhatsApp, página web, App. • Reporting: seguimiento a KPI’s de registro, activación y redención.
