A resourceful and determined international construction professional with over 36 years of Program Management, Project Management and Construction Delivery experience in the fields of building, civil and structural engineering. A natural leader with strong management, technical and interpersonal skills and an innovative problem solver. Has had significant exposure, as a Client, Consultant and Contractor, in project managing and delivering large projects in MENA and SE Asia. Leading from development and inception stages, through to design and delivery of large projects and programs across a broad spectrum of activities including building shell and core works, building interiors and fit-out works, steel and concrete structures, foundations, data centres, bulk utilities and infrastructure works.
Lead the RSG CM team across the Marina Village Programme of projects at Amaala’s Triple Bay, from Master Planning, through Design, Procurement, Mobilisation and Construction execution. At the centre, and defining the waterfront, the 10Ha Amaala Marina Basin, carved out of the existing land mass to minimise impact on the pristine marine ecosystem, and surrounded by the Corallium Marine Life Institute, the Amaala Yacht Club, the Equinox Resort, the Nammos Resort and the Ritz Carlton.
Lead the mobilisation and execution of all early works across Amaala’s Triple Bay master plan.
