After 30+ years of military and civil service aviation, I am moving on to work with Chris Pre, a “wicked smart” real estate investor, educator and thought leader in the investing space. I have several single-family house, condo, townhouse deals under my belt, including a successful first 1031 Exchange in 2023. I practice what I sell: I’m marketing a townhouse I control as an owner financed, rent to own deal.
I help FSBO and other sellers to move on through creative financing. I also help deserving buyers who aren’t quite ready to qualify for a traditional mortgage, or who would rather buy outside the mortgage system, to lease-purchase homes. I am an independent investor working with an international group of associates under the umbrella of Chris Prefontaine’s “Wick Smart” paradigm.
I’m joining an association of almost 1,000 creative Real Estate Investors across the USA helping deserving people get into, or out of, homes. We use several time-proven strategies to serve the 80% of home buyers who do not qualify for traditional mortgages.
