Founder | Neo Roosevelt Group (NRG) NRG is a capital structuring and venture architecture platform comprising 95 distinct Business Development Subsidiary Venture Vehicle Entities (BDSVVEs), engineered for institutional deployment across energy, resources, infrastructure, property, advanced technology and financial services. We design vehicles first, capital stacks second, execution always within institutional-grade governance. Our core competency is complex financial engineering — structured finance design, equity and private credit raising, zero-coupon bond frameworks, hybrid and mezzanine instruments, treasury optimization, cash flow architecture and compliant tax exposure management. We are actively structuring diversified and single-asset participation pathways, including structured debt placements, portfolio-level BDSVVE exposure, and targeted equity positions in high-conviction platforms. The Roosevelt City serves as a flagship property and economic development initiative, anchoring long-duration capital deployment and asset-backed financing capacity. Operating from Toowoomba with global capital markets discipline, we combine regional execution advantage — proximity to land, energy, agriculture and resources — with metropolitan-level financial sophistication. Our counterparties include Ministers, Department Heads, ASX 200 directors, institutional capital allocators, banking executives and heavy industry leaders seeking structured exposure to real-economy growth and disciplined capital architecture. NRG is building a scalable, multi-vehicle platform designed for institutional scrutiny, sovereign-grade ambition and long-horizon capital compounding.

Founder & Director Brighter Assistance Pty Ltd I am the Founder and a Director of Brighter Assistance, a nationally scaling, faith-aligned disability services and technology organisation redefining how support is delivered within the NDIS and comparable international systems. Brighter Assistance operates on a participant-led model that enables people with disability to formally employ trusted individuals—family members, close friends, or long-standing companions—as qualified, paid support workers, while the organisation centrally manages compliance, payroll, governance, and technology. In my role, I am responsible for: Establishing the original vision, ethical framework, and long-term strategic architecture of the organisation Structuring governance, board oversight, and executive accountability frameworks to support institutional scale Leading stakeholder engagement across government, community, faith, university, and political ecosystems Overseeing capital strategy, including public-market readiness, early liquidity planning, and long-term value creation Guiding international expansion strategy across Five-Eyes aligned jurisdictions Supporting the integration of AI-enabled peer support, compliance automation, and operational efficiency platforms Ensuring the organisation remains values-driven, participant-centred, and regulator-ready as it scales Having transitioned day-to-day operations to a professional executive team, my focus is on governance, strategic partnerships, capital alignment, and long-horizon growth, ensuring Brighter Assistance evolves from a high-impact social enterprise into enduring national and global infrastructure for disability support. The objective is simple but ambitious: to build an organisation that is commercially robust, ethically grounded, institutionally credible, and structurally capable of improving lives at scale.
Strategic Architect — Community Respect Foundation I serve as the Strategic Architect of the Community Respect Foundation (CRF). The initiative was originally conceived in June 2025 as the Toowoomba Respect Initiative—a grassroots effort aimed at strengthening the institution of respect within Australian society, particularly through improved engagement between police and the communities they serve. The early concept focused on supporting the police community—serving and retired officers and their families—in recognition of the essential role they play in maintaining public safety and civic trust. Through further development, this idea evolved into the Community Respect Foundation, a mission-driven organisation designed to grow into a major charitable supporter of police, first responders, and defence-sector personnel across the Five Eyes alliance nations. While CRF has an international outlook, it remains grounded in its origins. Australia is its founding nation, Queensland its state of origination, and the city of Toowoomba its permanent global headquarters. A key structural element I designed for CRF is a self-sustaining funding model based on voluntary participation. Participants receive a CRF Respect Pledge Certificate and commemorative lapel pin—intended to be worn on St Michael’s Day in honour of police and as a visible affirmation of one’s commitment to community respect. A central symbol of the Foundation’s mission will be the Perpetual Flame Monument to be constructed in Toowoomba. On 1 August, the flame will be lit permanently through a self-fuelling system designed to harvest the resources it requires from the environment. The flame symbolises the enduring presence of respect within our community—and our collective commitment that it will never be extinguished.
