With over 27 years in the lighting industry, I have had the privilege of working across all aspects of commercial and public-sector lighting, from distribution to design and implementation. As a Lighting Certified Consultant (LC) and an Envision Sustainability Professional (ENV SP), I am committed to advancing sustainable and high-performance lighting solutions that enhance both functionality and environmental impact. As an active board member of the Illuminating Engineering Society (IES) Los Angeles Section, I stay at the forefront of industry standards and innovations. Throughout my career, I have built trusted relationships with Southern California’s key agencies and institutions—including Caltrans, LA Metro, the Bureau of Street Lighting Los Angeles, and multiple higher education organizations. My experience collaborating with these end users and the specifiers who support them has shaped my understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities within commercial and civic lighting. This experience has also fueled my desire to bring my expertise directly to the industry through the launch of ArchLumen Lighting Systems. ArchLumen Lighting Systems is dedicated to providing thoughtful, high-quality lighting support for public spaces and commercial environments. Our mission is to deliver solutions that meet aesthetic, functional, and regulatory requirements while incorporating sustainable design principles.
