About

I am proud to lead Intuitive as Vice President for the UK & Ireland, Iberia, and Italy, working with high-performance teams that are supporting surgeons, care team members and executives. Together, we have collaborated to improve outcomes for patients, while supporting improved productivity & efficiency to provide more access to da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery, all while lowering the total cost of comprehensive care. Intuitive is not just my career. This company and our technology are very personal to me and my family, with many family members and friends having previously undergone a da Vinci surgical procedure. Through this, I have experienced first-hand the positive impact that our technology can have on patients and families – an impact which is a testament to the surgeons, care teams, and hospitals that use the technology to improve outcomes for their patients. With da Vinci robotic-assisted surgery, Intuitive continues to help customers to enhance minimally invasive care across the world. Now, through the introduction of the Ion Endoluminal System (Ion), we are excited to be able to support the ambitions set out by local healthcare providers, including delivering earlier diagnosis for lung cancer and better outcomes for patients. Throughout my career, I have built and worked with multiple high-performance teams in competitive and new healthcare markets. Customers and colleagues know me as a creative and dynamic leader who adds value to them by helping solve internal and external problems along with the development of team members to take on more scope of responsibility.
