My department - Electronic toll is part of ČSOB business, however my main responsibilities was mainly projects development, support and coordination. One of the primary characteristics of my job was relationship with suppliers and coordination of their activities on behalf of contractual reponsibilities and technical issues. Other responsibilities mentioned below: • Incident Coordinator • Design, architecture, implementation and testing of technical transformations and optimizations • Analysis and implementation of business & technical requirements of clients and suppliers • Participation in the pilot programs WIN8.1, GLOW, BYOD, MDM, Smart Banking and other • Analysis of security risks, design and implementation of measures • Proffesional consultation of impacts changes for clients and suppliers • Analysis and optimization of workflow and process of the ESVZ (Electronic Toll system) • Creation of crisis scenarios and alarm maps • Collaboration on the preparation of the SLA • Comments to the contractual terms
• Management of 10 to 20 workers • Planning of the work schedule and duties • Management sector productivity, training and motivation of subordinates • Communication with suppliers and headquarters • Cooperation Action Plan on sales • Preparing of presentations
