From a successful career in consulting and strategy to founding Mentor List, my journey has always been driven by a passion for transformation of businesses, teams, and leaders. I began my career leading large-scale business and cultural transformation programs across Australia, India, and the UK, managing complex cross-functional projects and guiding executive teams through strategic change. As a Business Consultant and Strategist, I worked closely with organisations to reshape their processes, systems, and culture, always with a people-first approach. It was through this experience that I recognised a need in Executive Development. Leaders needed more than just frameworks and strategies; they needed peer networks, real-world insights, and lived experience to thrive. The Evolution into Mentor List This realisation led me to found Mentor List, which has grown into the Global premier professional network and development membership for executives. Successfully planned and delivered a restructure within Shared services resulting in the re-deployment of 30 full time employees to other areas of the business whilst leveraging strategic partnerships with offshore vendors. Successful leadership throughout this period resulted in an improved employee engagement score.
To enable better enterprise labour decisions, proposed, planned and executed strategies to change labour performance metrics allowing flexibility in how labour targets were achieved. This flexibility allowed better labour decisions to be made leading to the avoidance of 148 redundancies where staff were re-deployed into other suitable assignments.
