I lead Winus Packaging, a second-generation family business serving food manufacturers, co-packers, grocers, wholesalers, CPG brands, nutraceutical companies, and industrial distributors across the U.S. for over 20 years. We provide packaging solutions—from flexible films and rigid containers to bags, pads, and thermal rolls—grounded in quality, reliability, and partnership. Building on my father’s vision, I believe the best businesses are built through true partnerships (hence the name, Win-Us). I’m especially passionate about working with Small and Medium-sized Businesses and family-owned businesses that serve their communities, because they truly are the backbone of our economy. Beyond packaging, I also run a career consulting practice and lead a nonprofit called Embolden, which teaches high school students—especially first-generation and low-income (FGLI) students—how to develop the lifelong skill of networking. This work draws directly from my former experience as the highest-rated Career Coach at Chicago Booth, where I successfully coached thousands of MBA students. At the core, I care deeply about partnerships, long-term growth, and creating win-win outcomes, especially in today’s ever-evolving economic environment. If you would like to share your family business journey with me or want to discuss packaging, I’m always happy to connect and exchange ideas. Also very open to conversations about C.S. Lewis (favorite book 'Till We Have Faces'), the West Wing (the TV show), or the underrated joy of curling (yes, it’s the sport you’re thinking about!).
Lead operations, business development, sales, supply chain, and vendor management as a second-generation operator, working with food manufacturers, co-packers, CPG brands, and industrial distributors to find the right packaging solutions for their needs. From flexible films and rigid containers to specialty products, I focus on building long-term partnerships grounded in quality, reliability, and the Win-Win philosophy we built over 20+ years.
