As the Director of Events, I lead profitable large-scale events, managing strategy, execution, and talent. I secure cost-effective vendor partnerships, direct an 8-member team in event strategies and marketing plans, and operate a $6M annual budget. I collaborate across stakeholders and teams, resolving issues and capitalizing on sales opportunities. I led 18 employees, including ongoing training and development, while creating comprehensive contracts, budgets, and P&Ls for financial success.
