Designed risk assessment frameworks to proactively identify threats involving Human Exploitation, Terrorism, and Election Interference. Policy & Enforcement Strategy: Partnered with engineering, policy, legal, and data science to build ecosystem-level mitigation, contributing to Meta’s first Coordinated Social Harm disruption (Germany) and election integrity efforts in the EU (2024), Philippines (2022), and Ethiopia (2021). External Legitimacy: Built and maintained collaborative relationships with external partners, including private intelligence firms and industry counterparts, to share intelligence on emerging threats.
