Qualitative researcher (with quantitative expertise) working collaboratively and individually on projects impacting 13,000 websites and millions of customers. -Develop strategically focused research plans from large scale, often ambiguous questions, to support the creation of future products. These projects have involved, among other things, understanding consumer experiences and goals relating to electric vehicles, exploring challenges and opportunities presented by shoppers using mobile versus desktop devices, and examining the impact of the current automobile inventory shortage on customer behaviors - and exploring potential opportunities to help manage the shortage. -Complete evaluative research to improve current products in close collaboration with designers across areas.
