About

I’m a development professional driven by a deep belief that fundraising is more than securing gifts—it’s about building trust, telling stories that matter, and creating systems that allow mission-driven organizations to thrive. At Equal Justice America, my focus is on strengthening and expanding the support that makes the organization's work possible. I build lasting relationships that sustain EJA’s mission and help ensure that more aspiring public interest lawyers can pursue careers serving low-income and underserved communities. At the Transition Resource Action Center (TRAC), I led a period of transformational growth: raising over $2 million in a single year, completing a $5.3 million capital campaign, and increasing donor retention from 19% to 45%. I also helped modernize the organization’s infrastructure—overhauling the website, cleaning up and optimizing the CRM, expanding digital engagement, and creating templates and SOPs that strengthened the team’s long-term capacity. I’ve built and stewarded partnerships with foundations, corporations, and individual donors; led successful community campaigns; and collaborated closely with program and leadership teams to connect impact data with donor storytelling. My approach blends strategy and empathy—anchored in the conviction that great fundraising begins with genuine human connection and a clear sense of purpose.
