As a Fulfillment Associate job responsibilities included sort, pack and ship customer orders, and troubleshoot problems to resolution. I mostly working within the Inbound Organization which duties are unloading trucks and relocate products using powered-equipment forklifts, pallet jacks. Fulfillment associates are expected to understand aspects of production; adhere to strict safety, quality, and production standards.
