I am a compassionate and student-centered senior leader with over 25 years’ experience driving inclusion, safeguarding, wellbeing, and student success across FE and sixth-form education. As Designated Safeguarding Lead and senior wellbeing leader across multiple large colleges, I have developed strategic frameworks that strengthen engagement, resilience, and achievement for diverse learners. I believe that outstanding education is built on effective relationships, shared ownership, and a culture of care. I bring extensive experience in service development, SEND and wellbeing strategy, and cross-agency partnership, alongside a deep commitment to person-centred practice. Achieved restructure of LRC and tutorial programme, led on implementation of terrorist incident emergency response protocols.
