ATP First Officer with 15+ years of aviation experience and 2,200+ total flight hours, including 300+ hours turbine PIC and 1,500+ turbine SIC. Also provided initial operating experience to newly typed pilots during aircraft entry into service. This role required precision airmanship, sound judgment, and the ability to perform under scrutiny in demanding international environments including Canada, the Caribbean, and Brazil. Earlier corporate aviation experience includes six years flying the Challenger 605 and Citation CJ3, with international operations across Mexico, the Caribbean, Europe, and two transatlantic crossings. Proficient in RVSM, CPDLC, FANS 1/A+, and MNPS operations. Type ratings include A-320, CE-525S, CL-604, EMB-505, and EMB-550. Also hold an FAA Airframe and Powerplant certificate, a technical foundation that informs my approach to safety, systems awareness, and airmanship in ways few pilots can offer. Recognized by both the National Aeronautic Association and the Fédération Aéronautique Internationale as the Captain of two ratified World Speed Records set in the Embraer Praetor 600: 680.65 km/h from Melbourne, FL to Phoenix, AZ and 852.42 km/h from Phoenix, AZ to Melbourne, FL, both achieved in April 2025 and currently standing as active world records. In addition to my duties as Senior Demonstration Pilot I am responsible for mentoring 20 pilots to become safe and efficient demo pilots by teaching CRM, SMS, threat and error management, and demo profiles in the Phenom 300. I am also developing training profiles to ensure crews stay proficient between recurrent training events.
Act as pilot in command during all operations including pilot demonstrations where a qualified but non-typed customer pilot can evaluate the aircraft under FAR 61.55(g). Also responsible for Entry into service providing initial operating experience to newly typed pilots. International experience includes Canada, the Caribbean and Brazil.
Responsible for providing customers with the ultimate business jet experience in the Phenom 300 and the Praetor 500/600. Act as a pilot in command to support company sponsored operator conferences, sales campaigns, acceptance flights, deliveries, entry into service, and demonstrations for customers.
Served as First Officer and Captain on the Citation CJ3 until sale in Dec 2017. Served as First officer on Challenger 605 May 2018-March 2022. Responsibilities included directing maintenance on a Challenger 605 and a Citation CJ3, performing preflight/postflight inspections on the aircraft, preventative maintenance, light inspections, scheduling heavy maintenance and ensuring on time departures and strict adherence to budget. Completed application and received approval to participate in Domestic En Route CPDLC Avionics Trial. Completed application and received approval to join PBCS Global Charter for monitoring of FANS 1/A and Problem Reporting. Added aircraft to EUROCONTROL whitelist enabling us to logon to ANSPs in Europe. Compiled information for and completed A056 Datalink LOA application to allow us to use CPDLC/DCL worldwide. Created a serial number specific MEL and completed D195 LOA application to allow us to use a SN Specific MEL.
Maintained a variety of aircraft including Maules, Citabrias, Beechcraft Bonanzas, Barons and Travel Airs, and a Cessna 207. Performed various inspections and maintenance in conjunction with annual inspections. Performed return to service flights before the aircraft was released to the customer after conducting threat analysis. Ferried aircraft to and from KDWH for maintenance.
Maintained a wide variety of helicopters including Robinson R-22, R-44, and R-66, Schweizer 300C, Bell OH-58, B206A, B, and L, B429, MD-500, MD-600N and Eurocopter AS350B, BA, and B3.
