I'm a little bundle of contradictions, but on second thought, aren't we all? As a creative director, I've learned to tread with one foot in each world: art direction and copywriting; strategy and creativity; executing and leading. For the past decade, I've been immersed in the world of advertising, initially starting as a copywriter before transitioning into the role of a creative director. In this capacity, graphic design became a central focus of my work. I've crafted key visuals for campaigns and tackled a range of client requests—from social media assets to point-of-purchase materials, creation of brand guidelines, out-of-home ads, and all sorts of marketing and communication solutions. My experience spans across diverse industries and clients, granting me a certain mental flexibility that I bring to every project. As for my work style, you might be curious. Well, as a team leader, I've strived to foster a psychologically safe environment where every creative voice is valued. I leave my ego at the door and actively seek input from various perspectives to enhance the final product. Doubt is not unfamiliar to me, and I welcome fresh insights to refine my work.
