With 30 years of experience as a Supply Corps Officer in the US Navy, I have a strong background in organizational management, financial management, supply management, expeditionary logistics, inventory control, contracting, information systems, operations analysis, material and operational logistics, fuels management, food service, and physical distribution. I hold a Master of Science in Operations Research (Logistics) from the Naval Postgraduate School. I completed the Advanced Program in Logistics and Technology (LOGTECH) from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and the Advanced Management Program at The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. I am certified in DAWIA Level II Contracting and DAWIA Level III Life Cycle Logistics by the Defense Acquisition University.
