General Manager, Local Business Line Manager for Medium Voltage Switchgear, ELDS Italy: • Profit & Loss - Responsible for Local Business Line (Revenues of 90 MUSD) profit & loss, operational performance, business growth, and strategy implementation; • People leadership and development - Lead Local Business Line organization (160 FTE) and ensures (with HR support) that it is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed; • Market and customers - Ensure a customer focused organization and appropriate operational performance (high service level, short lead time, after sales customer support, etc...). Evaluate market opportunities and decide/implement appropriate activities in line with the strategy; • Project execution - Ensure the execution of projects according to agreed targets in terms of timing, quality, financial results and customer satisfaction.
Local Division Planning and Fulfillment Manager: • People leadership and development - Lead local planning team (18 FTE) applying Agile methodologies and ensures (with HR support) that it is properly organized, staffed, skilled, and directed. • S&OP and scheduling - Responsible for Local Business Lines (BL) S&OP process, from demand to supply planning (Revenues of 300 MUSD). Demand plan creation, measure and analysis. Provide visibility of supply capacity and local supply objectives into BL S&OP process. Provide feedback into S&OP process of site’s ability to support the demand plan; • Inventory management - Own the inventory for the local unit (50 MUSD). Establish and maintain an inventory management process including raw materials, WIP, and finished goods in line with Division/Business Lines instructions. Accountable for inventory within the site, and driving inventory optimization projects within the site; • Fulfillment planning - Run short-term planning process or S&OE process, connecting planning with execution. Coordinate an appropriate response to unplanned events. Support the profitable execution of customer orders, in coordination with project management, engineering, manufacturing and procurement; • Continuous improvement - Lead/contribute cross-functional initiatives for optimizing customer on-time delivery, lead-time, inventory, resource utilization, and forecast accuracy. Use Lean Six-Sigma tools whenever applicable. Collaborate with other units and vendors in the end-to-end supply chain; • Technology - Provide local leadership for the development of best practices in planning systems and integrated ERPs. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Champion.
Team coordinator in Medium Voltage Secondary Air Insulated Switchgear Planning and Fulfillment function. As coordinator, the aim is to support business goals through generation of constrained production plans for Engineering to Order (ETO) products and Work in Progress (WIP) inventory rationalization in order to improve service levels and optimize working capital, as well as leader of improvement projects to enhance existing planning processes. Through scenario planning, evaluation of decision proposals to counter and/or exploit upcoming events in order to support company strategy. Identification of capacity constraints and implementation of both short and long term solutions and mitigation plans to remove bottlenecks. In addition, harmonization of planning processes between different local businesses as P&F Continuous Improvement Leader at Local Business Line level.
Preparation of products and customer service on hand, both in the restaurant and in the McCafé station, compliance with standards of safety and hygiene. Responsible for product quality and customer service.
Commercialization of gas and electricity contracts directly to customers and reporting to the company.
