HFN enables retailers across Canada to compete and scale through coordinated purchasing, category leadership, brand development, demand-generation marketing, and operational infrastructure in the rapidly evolving wellness sector. Since joining the organization, leadership has focused on strengthening the cooperative’s operating foundation while guiding the network through industry disruption, regulatory headwinds, supply chain volatility, & post-pandemic retail transformation. Responsibilities span enterprise leadership across strategy, governance, sales, marketing, category management, vendor partnerships, supply chain, procurement, finance, technology, & data systems.
