•Develop and implement the EMEA Distribution Network from suppliers to warehouses to customers, ensuring extended cut-off times and fast deliveries with full traceability •Support day to day issues related to warehouse activities and transportation •Prepare annual budget for warehouse and distribution activities, identifying cost-saving initiatives and maintaining high levels of service •Prepare the request for tender (RFT) process for warehousing and transportation services, collaborating with Purchasing to define specifications, select bidder lists, support negotiations, and ensure compliance with company standards •Establish, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor warehouse and distribution efficiency, cost control and service level agreements •Maintain effective communication and coordination with internal business units and external partners. •Manage projects focused on warehouse and distribution operations, including packaging optimization, customizations, and alternative transportation solutions
•Plan, organize and monitor projects related to logistics and transport •Manage new logistics solutions to provide the best service to the customers •Support EMEA countries to sustain and develop the local business (lead times, quality of shipments) •Analyze logistic KPIs to highlight the main cost variances and suggest corrective actions to reduce costs and improve profitability •Monitor 3PL suppliers and transport performance •Actively support procurement to tender, negotiate and award contracts for logistics and transport •Forecast and budget for warehousing and transportation
