In current role, my primary responsibility is to lead the packaging development process of key global innovations in the Foods portfolio by: Drafting global innovation roadmaps and strategic papers to map the future design opportunities for the category. Leading the full design development process ensuring excellence in packaging execution. Managing design partners to lead and facilitate design process by applying the ‘holistic brand design’ process. Managing external design agencies & partner suppliers to create and deliver superior packaging experiences. Facilitating internal workshop / RA / network sessions. Defining packaging sourcing strategy by planning with procurement, supply chain and external partner suppliers. Owning Sustainability agenda. Owning testing and design validation plans.
Focus Area: Foods, Spreads and Dressings platform. Responsible of leading regional innovation projects for delivering new packaging innovations in Europe. Key activities: Collaborate with Brand marketing in drafting packaging design startegy for Europe Coordinate the packaging design ecosystem (internal functions, agencies, suppliers, printers, etc.) Lead packaging development process from brief to concept creation to final implementation & production.
Focus Area: Hygiene Every Flush platform (toilet blocks products) Responsible for delivering Global Packaging Innovations in the area of solid/liquid dispensing systems for the toilet. My primary role is to lead the design development of new innovations by managing different internal & external counterparties such as design/engineering agencies, supplier, SC and Marketing teams.
Industrial Designer responsible for developing design projects from concept to engineering phase, including the making of working prototypes as proof of principle.
Thesis project & internship as Industrial Designer responsible for the design development of office products, display & shelf ready packs.
Industrial designer responsible for creating design concepts & for managing internal prototyping activities.
