Responsibile for the creation and management of scientific collaborations and strategic partnerships in Italy and South Europe
Responsible for research and development projects as part of a collaboration between cutting edge medial imaging research, clinical and pre-clinical applications, and industry. My main interests are focused on coronary MR imaging, motion compensation techniques and advanced clinical applications. Amongst many tasks, I am in charge of sequence, reconstruction and post processing software development, I manage several research projects, and contribute to international collaborations. I also supervise PhD and Master students.
I worked on a non-model based 4D visualization of MRI cardiac cine data incorporating the modelling of the base-plane. I also worked on the development of a prototipe for semi-quantitative analysis of rest/stress perfusion cardiac MRI.
