Working at Deloitte is providing me with valuable experience as an auditor and consultant in the insurance sector for various international clients. In particular, I have participated in the following engagements: •Implementation of new accounting principles, regulations & Accounting Tools: I provide direct support to clients in implementing new financial standards and methodologies into their operations and in driving the implementation of new accounting tool (FPSL). This includes working closely with CFOs to ensure successful implementation and compliance with regulations. •Audit of several Insurance and Reinsurance companies as Engagement manager & Risk manager function support: I have extensive experience managing teams to execute statutory and regulatory audits for insurance and reinsurance companies. I ensure that all audits are conducted in accordance with FINMA requirements and best practices. Moreover I have extensive experience in SOX and Risk management. •Technical research paper: As a member of a specialized team, I am involved in developing responses to complex accounting and business topics within the international Deloitte Board of Specialists. This requires a deep understanding of the latest industry developments and trends, as well as the ability to communicate technical concepts to a broad audience. •Insurance Team Planning Lead: I oversee and coordinate the scheduling for Deloitte's Insurance Department, which consists of 15-20 team members. My responsibilities include aligning our plans with the Planning Department, liaising with other departments to optimize resource allocation, and efficiently coordinating with partners. •ESG Champion Ambassador: As the designated representative for the Insurance team, I lead and support initiatives related to ESG factors. My role involves engaging both internal and external stakeholders in ongoing Deloitte activities and promoting the critical importance of environmental impact.
In Ernst and Young, as senior, I am following several projects, working as auditor in the insurance sector for mainly an international client and its subsidiaries. This experience has enabled me to travel frequently to Europe, between London, Warsaw, Amsterdam and Brussels. In detail as senior, I was able to participate in the following projects: • UK Branch (London, UK): In respect to the engagement UK Branch, I am part of the component team that has been involved in the annual review process. Furthermore, it is also carried out the verification procedures on the client’s internal control system as indicated by the Italian law “262_Legge del Dirigente Preposto”. • Warsaw company (Warsaw, PL): With regard to my experience in Poland, i was involved in respect to the verification procedures on the client’s internal control system as indicated by the Italian law “262_Legge del Dirigente Preposto”. • Digital Innovation: I am also involved in pilot projects, aimed at developing and implementing the Data Analytics technologies on the Audit, the pilot project is operationally led by me.

In this specific experience I had the opportunity to join a Senior figure in different business phases; learning the dynamics of employee management and the analysis of business processes.
In this work experience, during my university studies, I managed an official Juventus merchandising store within Juventus Stadium, among my tasks, customer management, with a customized sales approach for each customer, and the management of the cashier of the merchandising store.
