• Leadership of the Customer Solution Engineering Team: coordination of a team of 10 engineers between Belgium and Canada using Agile Methodology, scheduling activities and managing customer’s requirements. • Coordination of the Engineering Change Management within PMO: from the description of the required change until its implementation and coordination with all involved stakeholders.
• Design and development of wire harness products for Toyota finding the best trade-off between time, cost, and quality of a component. • Delivery of customer’s documents in terms of technical drawings and Engineering Change Instructions with internal and external stakeholders between Belgium and Japan. • Creation of TIS (Technical Instruction Sheets) for Toyota Manufacturing sites fulfilling customer’s quality expectations.
• Optimize industrialization processes to have a more efficient workflow within maintenance phases: apply lean manufacturing principles. • Perform process and cycle time analysis to optimize maintenance activities. Develop action plans to mitigate or eliminate Non-Value-Added activities. • Manage the implementation of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) to validate new installations and meet customers’ specifications
• Joint project in collaboration with Volvo Cars: “Automatic Hose Routing for Vehicles using Multi-Objective Optimization”: Develop an optimization framework that can give a recommendation of hose routing for multiple hoses for an arbitrary engine geometry.
