Led demand planning, purchasing, inventory operations, and sales operations for US and Latin America sales. Teams based in three sites, supported four Product Divisions, and oversaw inventory and stocking levels for $100M+ in inventory for 1,500+ consignment / trunk stock / field depot locations. Designed and implemented a new SAP-based Field Inventory Management system, reducing US Sales Division’s days inventory on hand by 37%, freeing up $60M+.
