Mission: Make complex ideas simple, actionable, and scalable - reconnecting performance improvement to truth, governance, and learning. Strategy rarely fails because people lack ideas. It fails when execution becomes fragmented, evidence becomes unclear, and teams lose the connection between process reality, data, decisions, and delivery. I work at that intersection as an educator and fractional transformation leader - equipping teams, structuring problems, and, when needed, stepping in directly to deliver. My work has kept the same spine for 30 years: understand flows dynamically, then prove improvements in the field. Over a 30+ year global career, I’ve combined 16 years of corporate leadership in manufacturing with 15 years of consulting across Europe and Asia-Pacific. My path started with dynamic simulation work (Imperial College -> CentraleSupélec PhD with Total / Elf-Atochem) - including patented innovations (Saint-Gobain) and long-lived benchmarks for production change optimization. Today, I blend hands-on transformation support with executive-level teaching, grounded in real transformations and current frameworks - including AI as an operational ally to accelerate diagnostics, strengthen decisions, and make improvement measurable. PhD thesis (1994) - dynamic simulation of process and safety networks: https://theses.fr/1994ECAP0359 Principles: I prefer measurable improvements to narratives - and I translate evidence into the client’s context and language. I work best in motion - walk the problem, structure the thinking, then deliver. Seek the truth, ship the next step, hold the line - calmly. When a method becomes ideology, we stop learning - and reality always wins
