I'm a proud member of the Chicago Board of Directors of Braven and an investor and advisor to scaling tech companies. I have a unique background underpinned by a career that catalyzed the exponential growth of LinkedIn from early hypergrowth through to its IPO and eventual sale to Microsoft and beyond. My leadership across multiple continents, scaling businesses from the ground up into the $100s of millions (EMEA) and further into the billions (N. America) in ARR. Most recently I was the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) of HubSpot. Having spent time in management consulting, sales, and venture capital I am uniquely qualified to lead go-to-market teams for the world's most exciting businesses. Simply put, I build world-class leadership teams into high-performing businesses. My career began in management consulting for both massive and boutique firms. The common theme was helping go-to-market leaders with their strategy, operations, and org design. Early on I got a taste for the tech industry and never looked back. In 2008 I joined LinkedIn to be one of the first 30 members of the LinkedIn sales team. Since then I have taken on leadership roles on multiple continents, including leading the go-to-market team for EMEA SMB and Northern Europe Enterprise and EMEA SMB (2012-2014) and leading LinkedIn's largest single P&L for N. America (2015-2023).
