• Responsible for the leadership and management of the FM team delivering hard and soft services to the surface facilities associated with the Woodsmith Mine Project in North Yorkshire. • In 2025 achieved £900k in savings across hard and soft service contracts by collaborating with service providers to extend maintenance intervals based on asset reliability and revising SLA's for cleaning services. All changes were subject to management of change risk assessment before being approved to proceed. • Contract and performance management of 3rd party service providers delivering catering, cleaning, worker accommodation and maintenance services to the project.
• Responsible for the delivery of FM hard and soft services to expatriate accommodation camps in Northern Kurdistan. • Scope preparation, tender evaluation and contract award of two FM contracts which mobilized March 2023.

• Responsible for the leadership and management of the infield team delivering Hard and Soft services to the company accommodation camps and office facilities in Iraq. Scope included accommodation camps, offices, warehouses, workshops and security installations. • During my tenure I successfully tendered and awarded the following service contracts; 2 x Total FM contracts (Max Value $90million), 1 x facilities maintenance contract (Value $30million), 1 x soft services contract (Value $20million) and 1 x business travel contract (Value $2million) • Management of Corporate Travel and the end-to-end people tracking processes to ensure safe arrival and departure of expatriate staff into Iraq.
