Tracking Key Performance Indicators on all sales metrics (including: Net Sales, Volume, Gross Margin and Customer Engagement). Negotiate and manage Trading Terms. Development of Sell-in Proposals for over and above opportunities. Define and execute customer strategies, whilst responding to account specific customer requests in order to drive joint profitable growth. Engaging in and Hosting Wine Education events with both internal stakeholders and wider trade. Developing and executing successful New Product Development launches in line with the Brand Strategy. Build engagement with regional sales team to drive cross team collaboration. Identify new distribution opportunities within key customers and groups. Develop and implement quarterly business reviews (including Category Reviews, 6 & 12 Month Activation plans, Liaising with Brand Managers to ensure activation excellence).
