About

I built something the defense industry said a two-person startup could not build. PropSwarm is a patent-pending autonomous swarm command and control platform that enables a single pilot to simultaneously command and manage 1,000+ autonomous UAVs from a single worker node at sub-100 millisecond command latencies. I built it from scratch. With my business partner. Over 4 years. With $600,000 of our own money. The problem I solved: Every existing military and commercial UAS ground control station architecture allocates one software process, one operator, and one radio link per aircraft. This makes large-scale autonomous UAS operations operationally and economically impossible. The architecture I invented: Single-Socket Multiplexed MAVLink UDP Protocol Bus -- one event loop manages 1,000+ simultaneous UAVs, eliminating the per-vehicle overhead that limits every existing GCS solution. Future-Based Asynchronous ACK Delivery -- command acknowledgments resolved at network round-trip time with zero polling overhead. Adaptive Token-Bucket Telemetry Scheduler -- per-vehicle 1-10Hz dynamic rate adjustment from a single coroutine. Runtime-Configurable Compliance Engine -- altitude, speed, and geofence enforcement at command dispatch. No pre-programming required. ATAK/CoT Integration -- DoD tactical operators command 1,000+ UAV fleets directly from the military common operating picture. SGP4 Satellite Propagation -- space-domain-aware ISR mission planning built in. Current status: PropSwarm v2.1.3 -- 117/117 compliance tests passing. Active DARPA Direct to Phase II submission (D2D-1122). Active NASA and Army SBIR submissions. AFWERX Open Topic pending. What I am looking for: DAF end users interested in autonomous swarm C2. Defense prime partners for teaming or licensing. Strategic investors who understand defense deep tech and non-dilutive funding pathways. FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certified. SAM.gov registered.
