David qualified as a solicitor in 1988 and was a Consultant at Tuckers Solicitors for over 20 years. Between 1988 and 2016 David also built up a number of successful businesses as well as acting as an adviser to various City institutions. David is the former MD and owner of National Law Tutors which, in the year prior to being sold to a division of United Newspapers in 1996, trained in excess of 7,500 lawyers and 3,500 Chartered Surveyors. Since then David has been primarily involved in the investment industry and, as Chief Executive of T Group, continues to act as a specialist investment adviser to private companies and pension funds with assets in excess of £10bn based in the City. For the last two years David has been developing the innovative concept behind Lawyers Inc. with his fellow Directors. His extensive experience in the legal and investment sectors enables him to bring a fresh and alternative perspective to analysing how lawyers can operate more successfully in an increasingly competitive marketplace.
