Work closely with the HR Business Partner and VP, Human Resources performing administrative duties during the employee lifecycle. The HR Coordinator is also responsible for facilities management including the maintenance and health and safety of the office locations. Update personnel files for each employee in an organized, compliant, confidential manner, and maintain accurate information in HRIS systems (ADP); • Coordinate and complete onboarding checklist for new hires including but not limited to performing background checks, IT tickets, scheduling orientation, working with managers on onboarding plans, new employee employment and identity checks (I-9/Right to Work checks), etc.; • Conduct New Hire Orientation; • Schedule and conduct all off-boarding tasks for exiting employees including but not limited to Exit Interviews, IT Tickets, termination in ADP, employee file retention, etc.; • Reporting and administrative duties for benefits administration, KPI's, audits, etc.; • Support recruitment by conducting and scheduling interviews using Outlook Calendar tool and Applicant Tracking System; • Work with the HR team on other projects as needed. Facilities and Office Management (Estimated Time: 30%) • Act as point of contact for visitors, vendors and deliveries; • Facilities management responsibilities including cleanliness and sanitizing common areas (kitchen, conference rooms, reception area) and overall maintenance of office space; • Health and Safety of assigned office locations including any federal or local reporting requirements; • Maintain relationships with building management and other vendors to track costs and find possible savings; • Order office supplies including office refreshment and vending; • Organize lunch and other catering events for client visits and employee meetings; • Assist with the planning and carrying out of company events and parties; • Restock break areas with coffee, drinks and snacks regularly
