Joined HarTru to lead the sales effort in the Southeast US and Caribbean. Was specifically brought in to help launch HarTru's entry into the acrylic coatings market (hard court tennis courts) and helped increase sales by more than 100%. My hands-on leadership in the field with our clients from The Citi Open, to Costa Rica, St. Lucia, Florida, Texas, and everywhere in between helped build contractor loyalty in this new product segment.
