Responsibilities • Overall responsibility for the profitable management and commercial development of the Group’s established Industrial Catering, Civil Construction, Oilfield Transportation, Water Well Drilling, Agency, Representation and Supply businesses in The Republic of Yemen. • Spearhead negotiations and consultations for new contracts within the Oil & Gas Sector. • Prepare, submit and win competitive bids under the tendering processes. • Improve core efficiencies across the Group’s activities. • Address identified weaknesses in implementation of HSE policies, procedures and employee behaviour to improve HSE awareness and performance. • Monitor and maintain staff and subcontractor training programs to develop core competencies.
• Responsible for the promotion and development of the company’s shipping agency business representing major Container, RO-RO Conventional and Cruise vessels arriving and departing at Hodeidah Port. • Established and maintained contact with importers and receivers of products and materials to increase volume orders. • Conducted competitive market analysis to determine and highlight the company’s key differentiators (SWOT Analysis). • Communicate with Principals’ and collaborate with visiting representatives.
