In an ever-changing legal world related to the sales and advertising of alcohol, how is a small production winery ever supposed to keep pace? As a small producer, how can you penetrate the saturated market on your own given the time demands of producing your wine and running your business? The answer is to do it as a group. Qorkz brings these small producers together to gain market presence in a conglomerate space while still selling their products directly to the consumers. At Qorkz, you'll find award-winning wines straight from the source. As CEO of Qorkz, I split my time between client relationships, market penetration, and legal compliance. Qorkz has a lot of moving pieces between our various winery clients and the ever-changing marketplace. Qorkz is a fast-moving environment, and you will often find me working on completely different tasks depending on the day. One day may be a draft of a contract for a new winery or researching the latest in wine-related laws and state by state relationships for the direct to consumer sale of wine. The next may find me trying new blends with our producers, filming our winemakers for the website, or writing articles about the small production wine market. In addition to my duties running Qorkz, I am the creator and executive editor of both the Qorkz.com website and our blog Qorkzcru.com, where you can find out the latest news in Qorkz product information and the world of small production wine. Working exclusively with small production wineries is an exciting challenge, and I am thrilled to play a role in bringing their wines to your table.
