• Manages all Army Ground Data Collection on 6000+ end items under the Sample Data Collection Contract. • Prepares reports, charts, tables, diagrams, and briefings needed to report program progress. • Provides technical direction to the ground data collection team at multiple CONUS and OCONUS locations. • Oversees the ground data collection training and standardization program to include ensuring currency and accuracy of the applicable portion of the Field Monitors Guide. • Develops realistic program process and quality requirements to ensure timely and complete data submission for all sites. • Balance assets and work levels between sites and coordinates to assist in surges and data backlog. • Adjusts data collection procedures ensuring the ground programs relevancy with current Army Logistics Information Systems. • Develops analytical solutions and program enhancements to reduce data anomalies.
Serves as the Capabilities Insertion Chief for the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) - Joint Logistics Integrator (JLI). Supervises and leads the MRAP efforts for capability insertions and modernization, as well as surge deprocessing within the Regional Support Area (RSA) of Bagram, Afghanistan. Coordinates with all variant OEMs and provides input to monthly Government Site Lead OEM Task Order to establish production output goals. Plans and coordinates with the CLIX stock manager to ensure required Class IX shop / bench stock is on hand to support mission. Ensures all worked performed is captured in the SAMS-E box and that daily status changes are reported and entered. Manages the tracking of all part requisitions for work orders awaiting shop in an effort to speed the maintenance cycle. Supervises the assigned QA/QCs and SAMS clerks to ensure quality Limited Technical Inspections (LTIs) is conducted. Oversees the Configuration Management team on Retrofit Kit planning; tracking; shipping; receiving; property accountability; and hand receipt to the OEMs for installation. Provides oversight of all daily operations in the RSA for personnel; reporting; and enforcing applicable standards and regulations. Manages and executes the disposition for QA/QC analysis as it pertains to capability insertions and deprocessing for the RSA. Ensures the coordination of MRAP vehicles transportation into and out of the RSA for maintenance efforts is accomplished in a safe and timely manner. Manages a $25M site budget and serves as the Site Lead in his/her absence.

Directed the preparation of ILS data, information, and materials in support of Request for Proposals (RFP's) and other program documents. Interfaced and coordinated ILS activities with external organizations, commands, military departments, and customers; coordinates ILS activities within the company. Managed the preparation of the System Support Package (SSP) for system/equipment tests; ensured and monitored supportability evaluations; coordinated material fielding requirements to ensure ESS' resources meet contractual obligations. Managed cost control targets and the requirements of material designs. Represented the company at program management meetings as the sole ILS liaison. Reviewed subcontractor ILS plans and activities for contractual compliance and ensures an adequate interface with the company's ILS effort.
