Managed a team comprised of up to 11 highly skilled QA engineers working in an agile environment, focused on test execution, documentation, software development and automation scripting. The team is responsible for the quality assurance of a powerful Web portal which is heavily used by the entire customer service, affiliates, fraud and security teams within Pocket Kings. In addition to the Web portal the team is responsible for ensuring the quality of a large product suite including security products, performance tools and business critical middleware services.
Full time position as a QA Team Lead with Xsil a world leader in the supply of imaging, robotic and laser machining equipment for the semiconductor industry. My role included leading a team that was primarily responsible for ensuring the quality of a software package which drove a highly sophisticated semiconductor manufacturing tool. Team leading and testing within Xsil required a detailed knowledge of many complex subsystems, including high power lasers, high resolution imaging systems and precision robotic systems. Responsibilities included test planning, allocation of work to test team members, mentoring and providing regular updates to management. My level of responsibility increased significantly during my time in Xsil.
§ Full time position as a software test engineer. During this time I was part of a testing team for Dretec wealth-e portal. Here I preformed activities such as Regression testing, and integration testing. I was involved in planning and implementation for fully automating the test department, including automated scripting of test cases. I preformed the role of version control manager for the entire project,I also maintained and configured test environments. I worked with test documentation including review of functional specifications and test cases.
