40 years post graduate experience in the pipe coating industry designing, installing and operating a range of coating plants in over 20 Countries throughout Europe, Middle East, East Asia, North and South America at various levels from site engineer to General Manager. Joined WASCO in 2016 as Mobilization Manager for a new FBE coating facility in Regina Canada before transferring to Germany to manage the refurbishment and mobilization of a concrete coating plant for the Nord Stream 2 project. Currently providing technical support to various initiatives including design and development of the Qatar Free Zone coating facility. 1980 to 1988 and 1998 to 2005 – Bredero Shaw. Various roles, culminating in General Manager for Engineering (Europe). 1988 to 1998 – Universal Pipe Coaters – Project Manager for all North Sea projects. 2005 to 2015 – Established, built and ran Global Anti-Corrosion Techniques in Saudi Arabia providing pipe coating services to Aramco and other Gulf oil, gas and water companies.

This Company was subsequently absorbed into Globetech. Managing design, procurement, fabrication and installation of all aspects relating to the development of a 10 Ha. green-field site through to completion of a large pipe and custom coating facility, including civil and building works. Establishing and developing relationships with potential clients and suppliers in the region. Managing development of procedures, systems and recruitment associated with set up of an engineering production company.
