I have been in the oil and gas industry since 2014 I am Nccer boilermaker, I have pipe fitting , structural welding, basic rigging, equipment operating, millwright experience. I am also a heavy equipment mechanic. Always willing to learn something new!
Read iso to perform layouts on concrete base to be able to set rotatating equipment motors, compressors and other components. Used crane support to fly in rotating equipment after I leveled sole plates with 98 starrett levels. Used the optalign computer to align pump to motor and checking dbse, made shim changes and used adjustment screens to achieve alignment within tolerance. Placed oil line skids on cordinates using iso and chalk lines.also using rotalign laser to achieve alignments, performed sweeps and achieved alignment within tolorence.
Fitting pipe in jack stands and checking for random. Reading iso and setting pipe onto cordinates in modules.fitting socket welds, long radius 90s , cut grind and bevel pipe. Cutting metal skids open to feed flare piping to flare by loading pipe onto trailers.
Traveled overseas to Guam USA to the Anderson Air Force Base. I was tasked to build a new structure being made up of concrete blocks and iron to move a special building to new coordinates. With the building being moved, we also had to reroute the entire pipe rack to the new buildings coordinates using stream lines. Chalk lines tape measures we use crane support to hang the iron for the building foundation base moving concrete blocks and columns in place to be able to run the new pipe rack and set the building in his place.
Inspect and repair heavy machinery back to factory standards. Performed preventative maintenance on machines, undercarriage work, changed out pins, seals, bolts , bushings . Diagnosed electrical problems and fixed with correct procedures. Performed undercarriage work, replacing carrier rollers, idlers, tracks, fixing broken bolts with tap and dye after using extractor.
I inspected and repaired heavy machinery back to factory standards. Diagnosed and repaired electrical issues. Performed undercarriage work by jacking up machines and supporting them with weight rated jack stands, replaced tracks, shoes, carrier rollers, idlers, drive shafts, performed prevention maintenance. Replaced pins and bushings.
