My role at the Prime Minister's Office involves working in a number of areas such as Strategy & Innovation, the World Government Summit, Happiness, and others . Some of work across these different areas include: Strategy & Innovation - Development and formulation of national strategies that drive the development of the UAE government in line with the leadership’s vision - Designing innovative tools and mechanisms to support the implementation/delivery and the monitoring of key and high-priority initiatives of the UAE Vision 2021 - Facilitation of workshops, innovation labs and interactive sessions related to strategy and capability building in the Government - Working with Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Government Innovation to transform innovation into a daily practice in the Federal Government World Government Summit - Leading the team responsible for International Delegations in the Summit - Designing key components of the Summit's registration system - Coordination with other Government entities, Diplomatic missions and any other relevant entity regarding international attendees of the Summit - Create and maximize networking opportunities for VIP attendees at the Summit Happiness - Developing a number of Happiness related initiatives in the UAE with the Minister of State for Happiness, mainly focusing on private sector engagement – Leading the Global Happiness Coalition initiative
Management consultant working with a range of private and public sector clients in the GCC and Egypt - Development of corporate, business unit and market entry strategies for major private sector companies across various industries including financial services, media, MICE and plastics - Conducting significant strategy work for UAE public sector entities, including local content optimization strategy, social strategy and Vision 2021 execution framework - Supporting Program Management Office and implementation programs for a number of major clients across various industries - Conducting Private Equity due diligence assignments in several sectors including cards & payments, telecom and construction material - Supporting and leading teams in organizing recruiting, training and social events
