With over 15 years of experience in IT operations and service delivery, I lead enterprise IT asset lifecycle management, endpoint compliance, and multi-site infrastructure initiatives. In my current role at Finance of America Mortgage LLC, I partner with branch managers, Risk Management, and Endpoint Security teams to ensure operational readiness, mitigate vulnerabilities, and optimize IT workflows for efficiency and reliability.
