Data Processing: Built out greenfield data platform on top of S3, Spark, and Airflow. Managed ETL and data exports to data science users.
Research: Led development of novel, high-performance algorithms for quantum chemistry simulations. Modeling: Ran cutting-edge modeling for catalytic energy research teams.
• Developed high-performance algorithms implemented with numerical linear algebra in the commercially available QChem package written in C++ and Fortran. • Created stochastic simulation package in C++ and python for novel path integral methods. • Analyzed performance on chemical test sets with python (numpy). • Mentored undergraduate researcher students culminating in a joint publication.
