I am a seasoned law enforcement and intelligence professional with over 20 years of dedicated service to protecting communities and fostering local, state, and federal partnerships. I have always been driven by a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and community safety. From leading specialized teams to developing transformative programs, my work has consistently centered on creating scalable solutions that address complex challenges and enhance public trust. One of my proudest achievements is the design and implementation of the Texas School Lockbox Program. This groundbreaking initiative became Texas law and was adopted by other states, to improve emergency response in public schools. This program now serves as a model for rapid law enforcement access, ensuring that first responders are equipped with critical information when it matters most. My focus on leveraging data-driven strategies has also yielded measurable results, such as reducing downtown Dallas vehicle burglaries by 78% through targeted patrol deployment. In addition to my professional accomplishments, I have actively sought to serve my community beyond my badge. As a volunteer, I provided support to trauma victims at shelters for abused women and children, offering hope and stability to those in need. During Hurricane Katrina, I led command operations that coordinated National Guard troops, law enforcement officers, FEMA, and the Red Cross to ensure the safety and welfare of displaced families. These experiences underscore my belief that true leadership extends beyond professional obligations—it is about empowering and uplifting the communities we serve. I bring expertise in inter-agency collaboration, intelligence analysis, crisis management, and program development, combined with technical proficiency in tools like Haystax, LexisNexis, and geospatial mapping technologies. Whether working on the ground or behind the scenes, I thrive in roles that require strategic thinking, decisive action, and a steadfast dedication to making a positive impact. Looking forward, I am eager to leverage my extensive experience in roles that continue to serve and protect communities while driving innovative solutions for complex security challenges. Let’s connect to explore how I can contribute to your organization's mission.

As a Sergeant with the Dallas Police Department, I brought over two decades of law enforcement expertise to my role.
