David brings more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience to Avison Young, having completed some of the largest office and industrial leasing and sales transactions in the country. In his previous role, David collaborated with numerous national colleagues on a variety of real estate assignments across the US, with a total transaction value exceeding $1 billion in leasing and sales. Currently handling over 2 million sf of tenant representation assignments, his previous clients include AT&T, Valeant Pharmaceuticals, McCarter & English, and General Mills. David is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York and was involved in the Associate Broker Development Education and Training Program at Cushman & Wakefield. During the span of his four-decade career, he has earned numerous industry awards, including Top Producer and Power Broker, and is consistently one of the top brokers in the New Jersey and New York markets.
