As the Director of Partnerships at PTO Exchange, I leverage my 35+ years of experience in the employee benefits industry to help employers offer flexible and innovative benefits solutions to their workforce. PTO Exchange is a platform that allows employees to convert their unused paid time off (PTO) hours into other assets, such as retirement savings, student loan payments, health savings accounts, and charitable donations to name a few. I joined PTO Exchange in Sept 2021 after founding and leading Preferred Benefit Solutions (PBS), a consulting company that provides customized and comprehensive benefit programs to employers across the nation. At PBS, I partnered with brokers, consultants, and industry-leading platforms to deliver unique and value-added benefits, such as pharmacy analytics, financial wellness, student loan benefits, and lifestyle benefit programs. My passion is to help employers attract and retain talent, reduce costs, and enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
