Provided over 1/3 of the agency's annual budget;  Recipient of the 2013 Big Brothers Big Sisters of America Robert Skip Walsh Award, given to a BBBS executive who, through excellence in his own agency work, has strengthened BBBS’ mentoring services;  Selected as a 2012 Sunflower Foundation Advocacy Fellow.
