In these challenging times one of the constants we all face is the ever increasing demand for expanding results. Developing and training people to address that demand, in a powerful, effective and simple to implement way, is what I love to do. I have led transformational training programs, leadership development and cultural change initiatives all over the world, as a senior leader for one of the world's foremost companies in human development and as an independent contractor, being accountable for training, developing and inspiring teams in different cultures to produce extraordinary results. I've run my own consulting firm which served global clients at the most senior levels. Currently, I am affiliated to two global consulting firms, each with their own area of specialisation It's relatively easy to be great when life and business are going well but the true mark of a person team and organization is who they are when life and/or business is not so great.     What if you could support and develop your people in a way that transformed their effectiveness? If you could expose all aspects of how we, as human beings, sabotage ourselves and then eliminate those aspects. I have specialized in supporting individuals and organizations to produce results that were way beyond what was predictable. Even the most productive and successful people have elements of self-sabotage in their behavior. So, how do we do it? By employing Breakthrough Performance Technology that allows individuals, teams and organizations to see aspects of their personality and culture that actually undermines their ability to produce extraordinary results. Imagine, if you eliminated ineffective behaviors from your life and business culture. How much more effective you would be? Our approach is based on "NO CHANGE". We believe that trying to change people is ineffective and, in fact, it just does not work. Trying to change people is based on, "They are no good the way that they are", so naturally they will resist. People do not need me or anyone else telling them that they need to change. What people respond to is, being guided to see what is in their way and then being supported in learning how to free themselves from those aspects of their humanity that limits and sabotages them. I suggest, that there is nothing inherently wrong with people. There are aspects of our humanity that are simply ineffective. Everyone is trying to fix what's wrong without looking at what caused the problem in the first place. The challenge is in the process of seeing what leads to that ineffectiveness". In my experience of working with people all over the world, I have found, "When someone sees something about themselves that they have never seen before, that is directly and powerfully sabotaging them, what becomes possible is, for that person to take responsibility for that aspect of themselves so it will no longer have the negative impact that it used to have".
