I have had extensive experience in the data processing field at JPMorgan Chase. My particular area of expertise is business systems analysis, and most recently my responsibilities included: · Supporting a web based commercial loan reporting system called ReportNet · Acting as a liason between internal business users and report developers · Providing application support to over 200 users both domestically and internationally · Created detailed functional specs and performed testing for over 50 commercial loan reports · Trained 50 business users via demos in the processes used to create commercial loan reports At this point in my career, I feel that I am best suited to a job that builds on my strengths in working closely with users in the computer field, with a primary focus on my communication skills and in my abilitity to explain clearly, via various methods, how computer applications function.
